Jiameng Lyu

I am a fourth-year PhD student majoring in Operations Research at Yau Mathematical Sciences Center and Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tsinghua University, and I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Yuan Zhou. Prior to Tsinghua, I received my B.S. in Statistics from University of Science and Technology of China with the highest honor (Guo Moruo Scholarship, top 1%) in July 2021.

My research passion lies in the intersection of data-driven decision-making and operations management. Currently, I am focusing on two important directions:

  • Develop flexibly applicable, computationally efficient, and provably optimal data-driven decision-making frameworks that work for a wide range of problems.
  • Design fairness-aware data-driven decision-making methods for operations management scenarios.
